Job Profile (for Engineer and Senior Engineer):
The candidate will be responsible for high machine uptime
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure prompt response to customer calls
Attain first time right for calls
Ensure that company specified TAT is maintained
Has to do proper installation, KOT of equipment
Desired Profile:
Should be dynamic & have pleasing personality
Should take own initiative for customer satisfaction
Should be from copier/laser printer background
Should have exposure to LAN/connectivity
Minimum experience of 3-4years
